Michele brings value to clients through her business knowledge and dedication to customer service. She has over 15 years of business administration and management experience in the retail, non-profit, manufacturing and marketing industries.

For the past 5 years, she has provided HR consulting services at small to medium sized companies providing hands-on assistance with developing and implementing HR business processes and procedures. Her areas of expertise include HR federal & state legal compliance, employee relations, performance management systems, training & development, HR policies and procedures, employee handbooks, new hire procedures, selection plans, job descriptions, and employee record keeping.  In addition, she is an expert resume writer, including LinkedIn profile optimization.

Michele provides training and leadership workshops for her clients and community programs. She has been a past speaker at the SHRM Student National Conference, Garner Chamber of Commerce Conference, and provides customized training and leadership workshops for her clients and local community colleges and workforce development centers.  

Michele holds her a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation from the Human Resources Certification Institute and graduated Summa Cum Laude from NCSU.  She currently serves on the NCSHRM State Council and on the RWHRMA Board of Directors. 

 

 Beverly has over 16 years of experience in Human Resources and is an expert in the management and preparation of Affirmative Action Plans (AAP).   She has successfully assisted numerous clients across the country with OFCCP compliance reviews and prepared over 250 AAPs.  Additionally, Beverly routinely consults with clients regarding regulatory issues pertaining to all areas covered under affirmative action to include applicant tracking, compensation, EEO-1 and VETS-100A reporting. Her goals are the same as yours - avoid costly financial remedies resulting from non-compliance.  Beverly is passionate about educating employers on current trents and the risks involved with non-compliance to ensure our clients are well-positioned against potential audit threats.  

Beverly served on the board of the Triangle Industry Liaison Group (TILG) from 2004-2006 and is currently serving another term as a Director.  TILG is an organization that provides a forum for federal contractors to discuss and exchange information related to EEO and Affirmative Action regulations. 

Beverly graduated from North Carolina State University with a degree in Business Management and Economics.


Janet brings over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Financial and Administrative Management to the HR Partner Advantage team.  Her strong analytical skills and past experience as an EEO Officer for her past employer, provides her with strong experience in creating Affirmative Action Plans, including data collections.  Janet’s ability to negotiate the best prices and analyze the quality of services allows her to assist HRPA clients with developing cost effective benefit plans. Janet’s areas of expertise include Federal Reporting requirements, EEO Compliance, Vets100, Foreign Labor Certification processes, OSHA, Payroll, and Workman’s Compensation.  

 

Janet holds a Professional in Human Resources designation from the Human Resources Certification Institute and earned an Associates Degree in Business Management from Park University. She is an active member of the Raleigh-Wake Human Resources Association and Society of Human Resource Management.


 Jim is an experienced professional with 25 years of experience in Human Resources, Safety, and Training.  Jim is an authorized OSHA trainer for 10 & 30 hour General Industry courses. He has also obtained his certification as a Fork Lift Trainer. Jim's experience includes HR, Safety, and Training positions in small, medium, and large companies, including having direct responsibilities for employees in four states. His prior positions have been in the military, education, manufacturing, construction,  and the telecommunication industries. His education includes a B.S. Ed, Work Force Education & Development from Southern Illinois at Carbondale, IL. His Graduate coursework included a dual concentration in MBA / HR Management from Webster University. Jim retired from the United States Navy with a total of 19 years active Naval Service in 1995.


Paula has over 20 years of experience as an HR Generalist and is a Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) and a Global Professional of Human Resources (GPHR).  Paula provides consulting in Human Resources and Safety, including recruitment, legal compliance, and training. Paula holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and completed at the top of her class in the OSHA 501 Train-the-Trainer course and is an authorized OSHA trainer. She achieved the Manager of Environmental Safety and Health Programs (MESH) certification in July 2005 and the Advanced Safety Certification (ASC) from the National Safety Council in December 2005.

Art is a leading expert in human resources with over 20 years of experience implementing and managing  cutting-edge human resources programs and practices. He has extensive experience leading organizations through rapid change in various business climates; successfully transitioning organizational cultures and developing talent management strategies that accommodate business change. Art has worked with public, private and entrepreneurial organizations ranging from start-up to established global brand and generic pharmaceutical companies, consumer goods and technology firms. He has managed global strategic HR initiatives and values integration such as change management, succession planning, training, employee relations, performance management, recruitment, executive coaching and development. A longtime member of The Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM)), the world's leading human resources professional association, Art has served on SHRM national, state and local committees. He is a senior level HR executive, SPHR who enjoys designing HR strategies that leverage competitive advantage.
